You have 14 days to return your purchase from the day you received it. If 14 days has passed, unfortunately we are not able to offer a return or a refund.
We take care in making sure that your products are properly packaged and protected during transit, but we understand that from time to time damages may occur. We will replace or refund any products damaged, if photographic proof of damage is sent to us within 7 days of delivery.
Sadly, we are unable to refund or replace items that have been used. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
Once we have received your return, upon inspection we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this point, we will also notify you if you are eligible for a refund.
If a refund is approved, this will be processed and the credit will be refunded to your credit card, or original payment method, within 30 days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please return your item to:
